Fitness Fridays
I’ve made a very important decision – to get back to my roots. I love posting about books and the library, but I’ve been sadly neglecting the fitness aspect of my blog. And with a title like Runner Sami that should be a topic that’s definitely included!
I talk to people all the time about fitness and have decided to make every Friday’s blog about fitness. That way I can write about trends, races, my fitness life, as well as address any questions or topics you might have. I like having set topics on different days of the week as this allows bloggers and web surfers to know what they will find when they check out my blog on a particular day. 🙂
